There is one club - VPC. they have played the odd touring side but now play in France in the lower divisions. There are lots of links with Spain and France.
There is lots of depth of competition in the West of Europe - eg England full league home and away, domestic cup, anglo welsh cup, European cups, plus five international spring, more…
